I took a Mystique body and added a Water Wars Storm head.  I joined the two parts with plumber's putty.

I also used the putty to create Diana's tiara, boot tops, and bracelets.

The figure was then primed, painted, and sealed.  (Yes, all those stars were hand painted!)
