This Jimmy uses a Nascar racer's body and an animated Dick Grayson head. The head had to be puttied into place in order to fit this body.
The figure was then primed, painted, and sealed.

the things missing with the depiction of Jimmy Olsen in the animated
series is ...the Whiz Wagon. If you read any of Jack Kirby's
Jimmy Olsen comics of the early 1970's, you would understand and agree.
