The base for this figure was a Capture Net Superman.  I used plumber's putty to create the gloves and the boot cuffs.  I also used it to get rid of Kal's "VTL" (Visible Trunks Line).

His belt buckle was a scrap piece of plastic super glued into place.

The figure was primed, painted, and sealed.  I also added a gloss coat to the boots, belt, and gloves.
