The body base for this figure was a Dale Arden figure from Flash Gordon.  I kept the head, arms, and torso from the figure, replacing the legs with those from a Princess What's-Her-Name.  

I added hair, bracelets, boots, tiara, and chest plate using plumber's putty.

Her lasso is some gold wire I got from a hobby/craft store.

The figure was primed, painted, and sealed.
