The base for this figure was a BTNA Batman.  I used plumber's putty to create  the boot cuffs.  I also used it to get rid of Bruce's "VTL" (Visible Trunks Line).

The ear pieces are made of shrink plastic.

His belt was sanded down.

The figure was primed, painted, and sealed.
