The base for this figure was a Batman: TAS Batman.  I used plumber's putty to create the gloves and the helmet.  I took the cape from a Batman from the new adventures series.

His amulet and collar were scrap pieces of plastic super glued into place.

The figure was primed, painted, and sealed.
