Bizarro am originally an Capture Net Superman figure and an Morph head. 

His head am resculpted using plumber's putty and white putty.   

The Bizarro sign am made of rock soft plumber's putty. 

The figure was then primed, painted, and sealed with Dull-cote (To make it shine).
