I cut and Dremeled the face heavily.  I used plumber's putty to add ears and hair.  

The hat was made from a combination of the brim from Clopin's own hat and some raw vinal I bought at a fabric store.

The Hatter's collar and coat are also made from raw vinal.  His tie is a thin piece of Friendly plastic.  The buttons are plumber's putty.

The figure was then primed, painted with acrylics, and sealed.

This one was done about 4 years before Kenner/Hasbro did theirs.
